We have a very extensive product list and currently make over 200 varieties of breads and rolls, some of which are still hand made today for that artesian old world quality machines cannot produce.

For large quantities, we can custom design products to exact customer specifications. With over 5 million dollars invested in equipment alone, our state of the art production facility has the capacity to produce 25 dozen rolls per minute, therefore we can satisfy any customers needs.


We have a fleet of over forty trucks delivering fresh bread daily from Homestead to Vero Beach on the East Coast and from Marco Island to Fort Myers on the West Coast. We deliver to over 2000 satisfied customers daily.

We can surpass our fresh delivery boundary by utilizing our state of the art Blast freezer. We can preserve the freshness and flavor of our product to enable us to deliver anywhere in the country.
